My phone isn't working as it should, how can I get it fixed?

You can get your phone fixed in one of the following ways:

  1. In any Vodafone shop.
  2. Via post to Vodafone - Muff Logistics - H1, Do Čertous 2634/7, 193 00 Praha 20 (send your telephone with a request for repair and a description of the defect).
  3. Personally in a service center.

You will need warranty certificate or receipt.
