How many free units (minutes, SMS or MMS) do you have left?
How to establish the number of free units right from your telephone?
The easiest way of establishing the number of free units not only at your number is going through the My Vodafone Self Care in the section Usage. To log in to My Vodafone you need an email and password.
- for information about overall spending on the phone number including all the fees, send an SMS with the following text in the body: PREHLED KC 1234
- for information about the usage of Loaded Tariff (Loaded Tariffs only), send an SMS with the following text in the body: PREHLED TARIF 1234
- to find out how many SMS you have left from your bundle, send an SMS with the following text in the body: KOLIK SMS 1234
- to find out how many minutes you have left from your bundle, send an SMS with the following text in the body: KOLIK MIN 1234
- to find out how many MMS you have left from your bundle, send an SMS with the following text in the body: KOLIK MMS 1234
- for an overview of sent SMS and minutes used for calling in current week from Monday til Friday for the option to use the Weekend Bonus (only intended for the Tailor Made Card), send an SMS with the following text in the body: PREHLED BENEFIT 1234 Replace 1234 with your user password.
You can establish the number of free units with a free SMS sent to 7700. The balance always refers to the phone number from which the text message is sent.
How to establish the number of free units in the Voice Self Care?
Dial *77 from your telephone. From the menu, select the option Your Account, followed by Expenses under Control and Smart Overview.
