How do I set up the new My Vodafone login method? (existing customers)

  • You can use email login to log in to the My Vodafone Self Care on the web and to the My Vodafone app.
  • As login details, you use your own email and alphanumeric password, and for higher security, you also confirm the login with a verification code that we send you by SMS.

How do I switch to the new login method?

We will guide you through the entire process during your first new login to My Vodafone. You can also find out what everything looks like on this page.

I currently log in using a service number and numerical password

Log in to My Vodafone Self Care as usual.

Use your phone number or internet or TV number and numerical password to log in. If you are the owner of the service, use the administrator password to have full access to the entire customer account.

The following screen informs you about the change in the login method. Choose to continue and on the next page register or log in to an existing account.
  • I don't have a My Vodafone login account via email yet - please enter your email and alphanumeric password as instructed. It's important that you have instant access to your email, we'll send you a verification code during registration to make sure the email is really yours.
  • I have already set up a new login for another customer account and want to use the same email - choose the Login option at the top of the screen. Then log in with your email and password and complete the connection of the customer account.
After setting up the email, choose the phone number to which we will send you an SMS with a verification code each time you log in.

You can choose any Czech mobile phone number. You can also set up an international mobile number to receive confirmation codes (we support dozens of international prefixes). To complete the registration, we will send you an SMS with a verification code.

Everything is done, you have just set up logging into My Vodafone. If you use a password manager, be sure to edit or delete your original login credentials so you don't fill in invalid login information.

Remember your login details well and do not share them with anyone. The following links may help you edit your saved login details:

  • iPhone - edit your login details in the Passwords app
  • Android phones / Google Chrome web browser - if you use Google's password manager, you can find help on this page
  • I have a different password manager - please use the help from the developer of the app you are using

I currently log in using an email and my own password

Log in to My Vodafone Self Care as usual.

Use your email and password to log in.

We will send you a verification code to your email.

We will only send you the code when setting up the new login method for the first time to make sure that the email is really yours.

After entering the confirmation code from the email, choose the phone number to which we will send you an SMS with a verification code each time you log in.

What are the benefits of email login with two-step verification?

  • Higher security - thanks to two-step verification using a one-time code.
  • Easy password recovery - if you forget your password, you can simply restore it online.
  • Managing multiple accounts - under one login, you can comfortably manage all services and accounts, not only yours, but also those of your loved ones (if you get access from them).
  • Account management for other users - you can grant access for login to a selected service or customer account to someone from your family or even from the company. Everyone logs in with their own email.
  • You don’t have to remember the numerical password - you can find out the numerical password at any time in My Vodafone. You will use it for voice and SMS Self Care and for contact with Vodafone in the store or on the Customer Care Line.

Will you send me commercial communications to the email address I choose to sign in to My Vodafone?

From time to time, we may send our commercial communications, such as newsletters and other offers, to the email you use to log in to My Vodafone. If you no longer want these news, you can cancel the sending of commercial communications from Vodafone using the link that you will find at the end of each email that contains commercial communication.

If you change your mind and are interested in news from Vodafone again, you can reset their subscription again.

I don't want to give you an email or I don't have an email.

As part of simplification, but mainly improving security, we want to unify login options, so we have moved to email login. This is a standard in the online world and email for login is required by other companies, not just us. This change will allow us to further improve services and their security in the future and will bring you simpler login options across various accounts, for which you will be able to use one email. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not offer the option to keep the current login option.

If you do not agree with the change to email login, then access to the web self-service and My Vodafone application without setting up a new login will no longer be possible. After logging in using the service number (or payer’s number), you will be directed to a page where you activate email login.

If you do not have an email, you can easily and freely set it up. You can set up an email on any domain (e.g., Seznam, Gmail).
