We are preparing two-step verification for you to log in to My Vodafone

We want to protect your data and information more securely. Therefore, we are preparing an additional security feature for logging in to My Vodafone self-service - two-step verification. We plan to launch during the summer. When everything is ready, you'll find out more when you log in to My Vodafone. We will then guide you step by step through setting up the new login method.

  • All Vodafone customers will switch to the new login method when they log in to My Vodafone.
  • In addition to your email and password, you will need a verification code to log in, which we will send by SMS to the phone number you set up for this purpose.

When do I need a verification code to log in?

  • My Vodafone website - we'll send the verification code to your phone number after you've entered your email and password correctly each time you log in.
  • My Vodafone app - for now, your email and password will be sufficient when you log in to the app. The new two-step verification method will be supported by the new My Vodafone app that we are preparing for you.
