Can I use one phone number to verify my login to multiple customer accounts?
You can register a phone number to receive confirmation codes for only one login email. However, if you want to have access to multiple customer accounts, you just need one email login, choose according to your situation:
I have multiple accounts with Vodafone (for example, a personal and a business account) - once you have set up an email login for the first account, you can assign a second customer account to your email login.
I want to log in to another customer account (for example, to help a family member manage their services) - in this case, ask the customer account holder to send you an invitation for the email you already use to log in, following these instructions.
