Use your email and password to log in.

Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of a character and your name).

In the menu you will see, among other things, all the accounts you have access to.

Under "You can access accounts" you will see the accounts you have access to. There is also a link to view the numeric password for communication with the operator.

Click on the link to see your numeric password. You can change it by following these instructions.

  • In the My Vodafone mobile app - on the main page of the app, select the Numeric password option. On the following page you will see an overview of the accounts you have access to (one or more). You will also see the option to display a numeric password for the customer account.
