I have lost access to my email, which I use to log in to My Vodafone, what can I do?

If you no longer have access to your email, we recommend that you change your login details for My Vodafone as soon as possible. You can do this even without access to your received emails.

  • I know the login details for My Vodafone - Log in to My Vodafone and change your login email in the Account - Login via email settings section to a new one.
  • I don’t remember the password for logging into My Vodafone - Simply restore your login password and then change your email in the Account - Login via email settings section to a new one.

Want to change the email you use to log in?

Use your email and password to log in. 

Click the Account menu (the red button with the silhouette of a character and your name) and select Login via email Settings. 

In this section you will find all the details and options that apply to logging in via email. 

Select the pencil icon next to the login email to change it. 

On the next page, we will first ask you to enter the current password that you use to log in to My Vodafone. Then you enter a new email and complete the change by entering the verification code that we will send to the newly set email.
