I need to increase my login level for My Vodafone to become an administrator, how do I do that?

The information on this page is for customers who have already switched to the new login method using email, password, and two-step verification via SMS.

For logging into My Vodafone, you can have three different levels of permissions. You can find out your password level after logging in. If you log in with only a user password, we will alert you that with this password you only have a limited view of your phone number or service.

Where can I find the login level?

  • On the My Vodafone website - you can find the password level information in the top right corner under the customer’s name.
  • In the My Vodafone mobile app - you can find out the password level you logged in with in the My Account section.

I log in as a user or payer, how can I get higher administrator permissions?

I am the owner of the customer account

Use this procedure if you do not yet have any administrative access for logging in via email set up for your customer account and you are still logging in as a user or as a payer. If administrative access already existed and you cannot remember with which email you created it, contact us on the Customer Care Line.

Log in to My Vodafone Self Care.  

Use your email and password to log in.  

Click on the Account menu (red button with a silhouette of a person and your name) and select Login via email Settings.

On this page, you will see all customer accounts that you have access to under your email.

Select Connect an account in the My accounts section and enter the phone number or internet number or Vodafone TV number (starting with 8 or 9) from your customer account.

If you have more active services with us, choose any of them.

In some situations, we will need additional verification, in which case we will send you an SMS with a one-time confirmation code to the contact phone number from your connected customer account.

After successful connection, you will be logged in as administrators after the next login with your email and password.

I am not the owner of the customer account

If you received access to Self Care from someone else, ask them to grant you administrator access.
