The information on this page is for customers who have already switched to the new login method using email, password, and two-step verification via SMS.
For logging into My Vodafone, you can have three different levels of permissions. You can find out your password level after logging in. If you log in with only a user password, we will alert you that with this password you only have a limited view of your phone number or service.
Use this procedure if you do not yet have any administrative access for logging in via email set up for your customer account and you are still logging in as a user or as a payer. If administrative access already existed and you cannot remember with which email you created it, contact us on the Customer Care Line.
Use your email and password to log in.
On this page, you will see all customer accounts that you have access to under your email.
If you have more active services with us, choose any of them.
After successful connection, you will be logged in as administrators after the next login with your email and password.
If you received access to Self Care from someone else, ask them to grant you administrator access.
