What should I do if I can't use my phone number to confirm my My Vodafone two-step login?
If you are unable to receive SMS with confirmation codes for two-step verification on your phone number, for example due to a lost SIM card, a broken phone or cancellation of your phone number, please do the following.
Use the My Vodafone mobile app - if you have biometric login enabled and it has not expired, you can log in to the app thanks to it, even without a confirmation code from SMS. Subsequently, you can change the phone number for two-step verification.
Call the Customer Care Line or stop by our store - our operators or sellers will verify you and help you with the next steps. If you no longer have the phone number available at all, we will arrange with you to cancel the current account and send you a link, thanks to which you will perform a completely new registration.
