How to choose and activate roaming?
Log in to My Vodafone and choose the section Services - Roaming.
To log in to My Vodafone you need an email and password.
Choose the menu Roaming.
Here you can check and set the roaming tariff.
The change will take effect within 24 hours. Activation or change of the service will be confirmed by an SMS within 24 hours.
You can use your tariff in the countries of the European Union plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Great Britain as if you were in the Czech Republic. It doesn't matter whether you use the Roaming for a Day or World Roaming tariff with Connect from Abroad. Find more information for prepaid card or postpaid tariff.
Roaming tariffs
- With World Roaming you can use your home tariff in the countries of the European Union plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Great Britain.
- This tariff is available in more than 200 countries, which we have divided into 3 zones at different rates.
- Without free units.
- We recommend this tariff for shorter phone calls or for a small number of SMS.

- With Vodafone Roaming for a Day you can use your home tariff in the countries of the European Union plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Great Britain.
- You can use your domestic free or unlimited all-net minutes and text messages in the countries of Zone World Selection.
- You can surf through up to
100 MB1 GB of your domestic monthly data tariff every day in the countries of Zone World Selection. - It costs CZK 199 (per 24 hours) for Zone World Selection.
- Outside of the scope of the domestic bundle you will pay CZK 3,49 per minute and CZK 1,51 per SMS. After reaching the daily data allowance, the connection will be interrupted.

What to do before leaving the country
In addition to checking whether you have roaming, we recommend that you check your Call Limit before you leave (for tariff customers) or that you top up sufficient credit (for prepaid customers). Without the Call Limit or credit you will not be able to make calls from abroad.
