How to pay the Bill in a Vodafone store?
- You can pay your Vodafone Bill in cash or by credit card in person at any Vodafone store.
- The payment fee is CZK 75. You can pay free of charge at the Prague - Stodůlky store.

TIP: There are many other more convenient ways to pay your Bill, such as direct debit or online card payment.
What will I need for payment and how does everything work?
If you pay your own Bill or know your password, you don't need to remember the payment details. If you don't know the password and want to pay for another Bill, we will need the phone number (service number) you are paying for, the name of who the services are registered to and the amount you want to pay.
We will allocate the amount you pay to the oldest unpaid Bill. There is no minimum payment amount, but the maximum payment amount in this way is CZK 30,000.
