Present the Bill with the QR code to the operator and pay the corresponding amount.

The QR code is included in every printed and electronic Bill and in the My Vodafone self-care. You always need to use the current QR code, as it contains information about the currently issued Bill.

  • You can make cash payments in any branch office of Československá obchodní banka a.s. (ČSOB Bank).
  • The payment is credited to our account on the following business day.
  • Please remember that the bank will charge you for this.
