Change in notification of new billing

We are changing the way we communicate gradually. The following information applies to customers who have already been informed of the change in the Bill and subsequently by SMS or e-mail.

  • We will send you regular SMS notifications about the issue of the Billing Statement if you have a contact number that is registered on the Vodafone network.
  • We will inform you by email of each Bill issued and payment received if your contact number is not in the Vodafone network. You will also see your payment details directly in the email, including a QR code that you can use to easily make your payment. If you are paying for your bill via SIPO, we will already send you the emails.
  • These changes include a notification of the new invoice and the receipt of payment.
  • To avoid missing out on information about your invoice, please make sure your contact details are up to date as soon as possible.

How can I edit my contact email or contact phone number?

Log in to My Vodafone and choose the section Account - Basic information.

To log in to My Vodafone you need an email and password.

In the Contact telephone number section, you can check and change your contact number if necessary.

You can set any Czech mobile number as your contact number. If you set up a contact number that is in the Vodafone network, we will send you billing information only via SMS.

Fill in the E-mail address section and save your contact e-mail address.

After entering your new email, log out of the My Vodafone and wait for a text message to confirm your new email settings.

Log back into My Vodafone and in the Account - Basic Information section, request a verification email to be sent.

Use the link in the verification email (it will come from overeni@vodafone.cz) that we sent to the address you entered. You will see a green button next to the email in the My Vodafone Self Service that says Verified.

Can you send me a Bill as an attachment to my email?

We'll be happy to send you a PDF of your bill directly, simply turn on this free service by following these instructions.

Can I turn off the Billing Information messages?

If you do not need to be notified when a Bill is issued, you can contact us by phone on the Customer Care Line or visit us in person at the store to request that these messages be turned off. In that case, we will stop sending you text messages or emails informing you that a Bill has been issued.

When you turn off the Billing Information Messages:

  • You can find your Bill in My Vodafone Self Care.
  • We will continue to send you a PDF of your Bill directly to your email (if you have activated the service E-mail Billing).
  • We will also still send you a confirmation of receipt of payment.
