How do I get through to a representative?
Call *77 from your telephone, 800 77 00 77 from another telephone. All these calls are free of charge in the Czech Republic. Our virtual assistant TOBi will help you with your requests on the customer service line. To communicate in English, simply tell him that you need to speak English.
We are available on weekdays from 8 am to 7 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 5 pm. If you need to deal with something urgent, such as SIM blocking or technical problems with your service, we can help you on the above phone numbers even outside normal working hours.
How to get through to an operator from abroad?
- When abroad, dial +420 776 977 100. You will pay the same amount for these calls as you would for any outgoing call from abroad to the CR, pursuant to your roaming tariff.
- You can also call the number +420 776 970 219. This enables information about roaming prices and free connection (from Czech Vodafone number) to the representative of our information line.
