Can I use a static IP address?

We provide you with a non-public dynamic IP address by default. This means that we may assign you a different form of IP address when you re-connect to the network. This model is sufficient for the vast majority of activities on the Internet. In certain cases (e.g. access to your own server, security camera, etc.), a public static IP address can be useful.

We provide a static IP address:

For a mobile connection

  • Only to business customers of Vodafone.
  • You get a static IP address as part of the Telemetry Connection service.
  • Activation fee is 484 CZK and monthly 257.19 CZK including VAT.

For the Fixed Internet service

  • You can purchase a static IP address for Fixed Internet Cable (exUPC), DSL and Fibre (via Cetin technology) and Fixed Internet via LTE for a monthly fee of CZK 175.45 including VAT.
  • The offer is valid for corporate and non-corporate customers, including ordinary households.

How can I find out my current IP address?

  • You can find out your current IP address by visiting www.mojeip.cz.
  • If you have a dynamic IP address, your IP address will change over time. In the case of a static IP address, it remains the same.
