In addition, at night time, your internet will run twice as fast if you use Cable Free Connection. In fact, for Cable Free Connection+, we will not restrict the internet speed at all from 0:00 to 6:00 because our network has less traffic at night.

If you acquired your SIM card in one of our stores, our colleagues have already activated it. If the SIM card was delivered to you via a courier, call *77 and this will activate your card and you can start using it.
Several factors affect the quality of data transfer:
In such a case you will need a PUK code. The PUK code is on the card that you received with your SIM card. Wipe away the grey box where the PUK code is. You can also get the code from My Vodafone. As soon as you enter the PUK code, the SIM card will be unblocked and you will be asked to set a new PIN.
We transfer numbers in a way that limits you a little as possible - during the night between midnight and 6:00 am. The impact on your phone use is therefore minimal.
Block the SIM card as soon as possible in My Vodafone, via the operator at *77, or at one of our stores. Proceed according to this guide. Blocking a card is free.

At the end of each billing period, we will transfer your unused free units from voice, SMS and MMS bundles to the following period. You will first use newly acquired units and then the transferred units. If you once again do not use the transferred units, we will not transfer them again.
For some bundles, when we activate or cancel them, we only bill a proportion of their price. This means that if you activate the bundle halfway through the billing period, we will not deduct the amount for the entire month, but only half of it.
Example:
Your billing period begins on the 20th of every month. On the 12th of the month you order one of our bundles. In order to avoid having to wait 8 days for the beginning of next period, we will activate your selected bundle directly and calculate it so you can use it right away; therefore, you will only pay a proportion of the fee on the price of the bundle for 8 days, and you will receive a certain number of units. You will then have all of the free units from the bundle at full price from the beginning of the next billing period. You will also only pay a proportional part of your original tariff for the period up to the 12th day. We do not transfer unused units.
Thanks to the eConfirmation, you can conclude a contract with us electronically without unnecessary paperwork. You thereby consent to the General Terms, Commercial Terms and the terms of individual services.
