In the event that the terminal device is changed, it is necessary to change the fixed IP settings accordingly in the self-service:
- The end device can be a modem from us (if it is in ROUTER mode) or your own device, such as a router (if the modem from us is in BRIDGE mode).
- Each end device has its own unique MAC address (usually listed on the device label as a WAN MAC).
- A paid fixed IP address is always linked to this WAN MAC.
As the terminal device can be changed at virtually any time, it is possible to adjust the settings for each specific IP via the web self-service -> in the main menu, click on Internet in the list of services.
- Here you will find a section on fixed IP addresses. Clicking on a specific IP address will open a window for changing the MAC address -> in this field just copy (in the correct format) the WAN MAC from the label of the new device and confirm.
